-Acting as an informational liason on behalf of the community toprospects and residents
- Providing tours of our community to our prospects, using persuasiveselling techniques to highlight community amenities and propertyfeatures
- Securing leases on available apartments
- Administrative paperwork and prospect follow up including but notlimited to entering prospect information into Property Managementsoftware, lease preparation, and marketing reports
- Creative sales techniques and relationship building with brokers andapartment locators
- Excellent Customer service and "Can Do" Attitude
- Ability to remain organized, Multi-Task and work well under pressure
- Professional and polished image and communication are a must!

No experience is required . We provide full training to help maximizeyour earning potential. First year earnings, advances and bonuses canrange from $60,000 to $80,000 for new representatives.
